This is Poetrie.com. We are an online boutique that sells apparel, jewelry, and other delightful objects from independent designers and artists to try to inject a little bit more poetry into everyday life. Some of the clothing is vintage-inspired but none of it is used. Learn more about our story.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

If all sizes of the item are out of stock, simply click the link that says "notify me when this item comes back in stock" and we'll automatically send you a notification if we get the item back in. If only your size is out of stock, let us know at support@poetrie.com, and we'll try to reorder that size for you.

Q: Do you do backorders?

The items we sell turn over very quickly and are very seasonal in nature, so we typically do not offer backorders on items.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards and Paypal. If there are other methods of payment you would like to use, please let us know at support@poetrie.com

Q: Is it safe to shop on your site?

Yes! Poetrie.com is hosted on secure servers. All of your personal information is passed on an 256-bit SSL connection. We only use trusted payment processors, like Authorize.net. And to stay on the extra safe side, we do not store your credit card information once you have been billed. This may be a bit of an inconvenience since you need to enter your information each time you shop with us, but it keeps your billing information safe on the internet.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any items?

We charge sales tax only within the state of California. International orders may be subject to taxes and export fees that the purchaser is solely responsible for.

Q: When I try to check out, I get an error message. What should I do?
